
Robert Smith, President & CEO
With more than 20 years of software sales and executive management experience, Bob leverages his expertise to lead Aligo's strategic vision as well as oversee all operations. He was most recently President and CEO of Harmony Software Inc., a business performance management software company. While at Harmony, Bob built a new management team, closed $22 million in venture capital, brought Harmony's .NET product to market and significantly grew sales, adding customers such as Chevron, Texaco, Mitsui, Ernst & Young LLP, Microsoft, Barclay's and Clarus Corporation. Prior to Harmony, Bob was vice president of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Be Inc. where he built a reseller and retail channel for the BeOS platform that significantly grew revenue, won Fortune 500 customers and OEM partners including Compaq and Sony. He has held several other sales leadership positions at software companies including Decisionism, which was acquired by Broadbase/Kana, Ardent Software, now Ascential Software and Knowledgeware. Bob holds a B.S. in Computer Sciences from Colorado State University and completed his Masters work at Regis College in Denver Colorado.

Dr. Jeff Capone, CTO
Jeff is a leading expert in researching wireless and wireline networks and applications. As Aligo's CTO, Jeff leads the technology development and is the principal architect of Aligo's OmniPlatform. Prior to leading our engineering team, Jeff was an Assistant Professor at Arizona State University and Director of the Network Engineering and Wireless Telecom Lab. Jeff's distinctions include the National Science Foundation CAREER Award presented by the Next-generation Internet Project. He was an officer of the IEEE Technical Committee on Computer Communications, and sits on the ACM/IEEE Mobile Communication Conference and IEEE Global Communication Conference committees. Jeff's experience also includes implementing network protocols and performance evaluations for GTE's web hosting facility and developing the Network Maturity Model (NMM) used to improve the design and operation of IP networks. Jeff received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont .

John Maxwell, VP, Worldwide Sales
A veteran in the software industry with nearly 20 years of sales and financial experience, John leads Aligo's sales and market development efforts in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe . John joins us from Sagent where he served as executive vice president and general manager of Sagent's Americas and Asia Pacific group. Prior to Sagent, John led domestic and international sales at Autodesk. He began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick and later served as CFO, strategic analyst and controller with Reportsmith, Borland Software and Viewpoint systems. John received his B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.
Joyce Kim, VP, Marketing
As Aligo's vice president of marketing, Joyce is responsible for Aligo's global marketing efforts including product management and marketing, corporate communications and lead generation. Joyce joins Aligo from QRS Corporation where she served as senior vice president of marketing leading all corporate marketing and business development efforts. Prior to QRS, Joyce served as vice president of marketing and product management for netVmg where she lead the launch of the company as well as product strategy and ongoing marketing efforts for the company. Her experience includes serving as interim chief operating officer at Northpoint Communications, and as part of the management team with Deloitte Consulting and Accenture where she focused on working with clients in the software and wireless industries. Joyce holds a B.S. in Architecture and a B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University .
Dave Morehead, VP of Engineering
Dave is a results-oriented technology executive with over 20 years of software development and engineering team leadership experience. With extraordinary depth and experience with Microsoft-based technologies and complex technology integration projects, he has been directly responsible for the delivery of several enterprise class commercial shrink-wrapped products for small, medium- and high-end businesses. At Aligo, Dave leads the product development and customer support organizations. Prior to joining Aligo, Dave was Vice President of Engineering at Bluelight Software where he lead the software engineering team in a complete architecture replacement of the company's core products dramatically increasing sales activities. Dave also was a key member of the leadership team as Vice President of Engineering and Product Strategy at Vigilance, Inc. where he served as the primary integration architect and lead technology officer behind the Harmony/Vigilance merger of July 2002. This combined Supply Chain Event Management and BI solution delivered exceptional real-time alerting, escalation, collaboration and resolution for any type of event. Earlier in his career, Dave served as Chief Architect at Decisionism and as part of the management teams at Hyperion Software and Dun & Bradstreet. Dave is a graduate of Norwalk State Tech.
Yoshiaki Tsujine, Country Manager, Japan
With nearly 20 years of sales and business development experience in the Japanese market, Yoshi is responsible for Aligo's sales and market development efforts in Japan. Yoshi provides on-site presence and support to Aligo's marquis Japanese customers. Yoshi joins Aligo from IBM Japan where he served as part of the sales leadership team responsible for large strategic accounts such as Sony Corp. His experience includes sales positions with Prudential Japan, Platinum Technology KK and ISS (Internet Security Systems)KK. Yoshi completed his education with Waseda University in Industrial Engineering.
